Shared ManAged Incidents
TC Mobile and Tablet Command users can now view the managed incident details of a shared incident. This is key for situational awareness for mutual aid partners coming to assist across borders.
INCIDENT MODE AND PRIORITY
Based on customer feedback we have added the ability for an incident commander to set the incident mode and priority. We set these options for all accounts based on industry standards and built the ability for account admins to change the text and color of the options. This is visible to all users running the 3.10 release.
SEARCH FOR UNITS
As your managed incident grows it can become harder to find specific units so you can reassign them, check their staffing or split the crew. We added the ability to search for a unit by radio name and by staff.
Restore Closed Managed Incident
If a managed incident is accidentally closed or is closed and then needs to be reopened, that can now be done from the iPad by tapping the Restore and Manage button by any user allowed to manage incidents in the account.
If you have any questions about these new features, please contact your product specialist or reach out to support@tabletcommand.com.
Note: Tablet Command will be a phased release over two weeks. To get this update right away, update from the App Store or your MDM solution.
